Dates Caramel Bites

These date caramels are surprisingly sweet but are made with only 6 healthy ingredients! They are also Gluten Free.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 dates
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup Melted dark chocolate

Method
 

  1. Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add dates, almond butter, vanilla, coconut oil and salt to a food processor.
  3. Add mix to a container, lined with parchment paper to freeze.
  4. Cut into bite size squares.
  5. Dip in melted chocolate and top with salt.
  6. Keep in fridge or freezer.

2 Ingredient Yogurt Fudge

ThisĀ  2 ingredient Fudge is healthy and delicious. You can add toppings or eat it plain.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup melted chocolate

Method
 

  1. Mix together Greek yogurt and melted chocolate.
  2. Scoop out into balls Store in fridge.

Frozen Chocolate Almond Butter Yogurt Cups

These are very easy to make and have only 6 ingredients. You don't even have to do any baking! They taste just like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, but healthier.

Ingredients
  

  • Almond butter
  • Greek yogurt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Honey
  • Dark chocolate
  • Coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Line cupcake pan with liners
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil
  3. Add 2 tsp melted chocolate into each liner
  4. Mix Yogurt, almond butter, vanilla and honey in a bowl.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of yogurt into the cups.
  6. Pour the remaining chocolate over the top.
  7. Keep frozen or in the fridge.

Almond Butter Yogurt Ice Cream

This is my new favorite desert. It's healthy and fast to make. You can keep it in the fridge and eat it like pudding or freeze it to have ice cream. Adding toppings just makes it that more delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cups almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together, using a food processor is ideal.
  2. Add mix to a silicone cupcake pan or use silicone cupcake liners.
