Almond Butter Yogurt Ice Cream

This is my new favorite desert. It's healthy and fast to make. You can keep it in the fridge and eat it like pudding or freeze it to have ice cream. Adding toppings just makes it that more delicious!

almond butter (or any nut butter)

maple syrup

Method
Mix all ingredients together, using a food processor is ideal.
Add mix to a silicone cupcake pan or use silicone cupcake liners.
