  • 1/2 cup white sugar or splenda

  • 1 egg white

Method

  4. Pour the pecans into a zip lock and then add the sugar mixture. Mix until all of the pecans are coated.

  6. Pour the pecans onto the greased baking sheet, or use a silicone baking mat and spread them out evenly.7. Bake for 1 hour, flipping every 15 minutes.
  7. Let them cool completely before you enjoy.
