Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork turkey, or chicken
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger or ground ginger
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrots
  • 2 –3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned.
  2. Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Add coleslaw mix or cabbage and carrots. Cook until softened but still slightly crisp.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve hot.
