Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Fat free cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cups cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup more if you like it sweeter
  • 3 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, scrapping down the sides as needed and blending again. This will take about 45 seconds.
  3. Pour into serving glasses.
  4. For a chocolate topping (optional), melt the dark chocolate and drizzle a thin layer over the top of the mousse. Refrigerate until set.
