Moist, Flourless Brownies

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup nut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup Cocoa or Cacao powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Chocolate chips and coconut (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mash the bananas in a bowl

Add nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Next add your cocoa or cacao powder, salt and baking powder.

Use parchment paper to line a pan and add your mix

Bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes

OPTIONAL: you can make a glazed topping by mixing chocolate chips with a little bit of coconut oil. Microwave until melted and applied to the top of your brownies.
