2 Ingredient Zero Carb Egg Chips

INGREDIENTS:

Egg whites

Water

Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Mix your egg whites with some water

Add 1 tsp egg white into each muffin pan

Sprinkle a little bit of Parmesan cheese to each one

Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes. They burn easily so keep an eye on them!
