Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup protein powder any kind
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy nut butter peanut, almond, cashew, etc
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips dark is better

Method
 

  1. Add your oatmeal, protein powder and salt to a bowl
  2. Next add in your nut butter, honey, and mix
  3. Add in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and either use a rubber spatula or your hands to mix everything (hands are easier
  4. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray
  5. Spread your protein mix into the bottom of the pan so it's only about 1/2 inch thick.  Make sure to press it down firmly
  6. Microwave the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips for 30 seconds, remove, stir and repeat about 4 times until the chocolate is creamy
  7. Spread the chocolate on top of your protein mix
  8. Place them in the fridge for 30 min or freezer for 20
  9. Cut into even squares and store these in the fridge for 7-10 days
